Easy Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
Exchange vs. Refund
Exchanges are accepted for size or colour issues, subject to stock availability. Refunds are issued as store credit only, valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Cash/original payment method refunds are only offered in cases of a defective or incorrect item being delivered.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at delusionalstories2905@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Once approved, ship the item back to our address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Item Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for return.
